OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. SPONSOR
The THC Typhoon® Label Applicator Sweepstakes is sponsored by THC Label Solutions, located in Brea, California.
2. ELIGIBILITY
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry and who are employed by or own a business legally operating within an industry that may lawfully use labeling equipment in their jurisdiction.
Employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives, and immediate family members of Sponsor and its affiliated companies are not eligible to enter or win.
Void where prohibited by law.
3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begins on June 10th, 2026 at 12:00 AM Pacific Time and ends on December 31st, 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time.
Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.
4. HOW TO ENTER
Eligible participants may enter by completing the official online entry form located at:

Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address during the Sweepstakes Period.
Automated entries, bots, scripts, or fraudulent entry methods are prohibited and will result in disqualification.
5. PRIZE
One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive:
One (1) THC Typhoon® Label Applicator
Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $20,000 USD
No substitution, transfer, or cash redemption of the prize is permitted except at Sponsor's sole discretion.
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. While supplies last.
Winner is solely responsible for any installation costs, freight charges, taxes, permits, insurance, training, facility modifications, and all other expenses not specifically stated herein.
6. WINNER SELECTION
One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about January 2nd, 2027 from among all eligible entries received.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
The Sponsor's decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
7. WINNER NOTIFICATION
The potential winner will be notified via email and/or telephone within ten (20) business days following the drawing.
The potential winner must respond within seven (7) calendar days of notification.
If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond, is found ineligible, or fails to complete required documentation, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.
8. AFFIDAVIT AND RELEASES
The potential winner may be required to execute and return:
- An Affidavit of Eligibility
• Liability Release
• Publicity Release (where permitted by law)
• IRS Form W-9
Failure to timely return required documents may result in disqualification.
9. TAXES
The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance and use of the prize.
Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the fair market value of the prize as required by law.
10. PUBLICITY RELEASE
Except where prohibited, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's name, company name, city, state, likeness, photograph, and statements for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and representatives from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
12. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.
13. DISPUTES
Except where prohibited, entrants agree that:
(a) Any disputes shall be resolved individually and without resort to class action;
(b) Any claims shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes;
(c) All issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.
14. SOCIAL MEDIA DISCLAIMER
If promoted through Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, or any other social media platform, the Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with those platforms.
